Olusegun Dada emerged as one of the first persons appointed by president Bola Ahmed Tinubu among the first batch of aides to constitute his cabinet. For many observers, his appointment did not come as a surprise but one that was expected for compensation of his acceptance to step down for Dayo Israel in the contest for the party’s national youth leader.
Dada, the Pure and Applied Chemistry graduate from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho is a writer and social change advocate who’s involvement in youth advocacy and media gradually gained high acceptance among youth who clamored for his nomination to contest for the position of national youth leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Before his appointment as the Special Adviser to the President on Social Media he was actively involved in youth mobilization and campaign in preparation for the 2023 general elections.
