Prof Joseph Utsev is the honorable minister of water resources and sanitation appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He became the most qualified minister posted to the ministry since 1999 and the youngest male minister in the administration.
Prof Ustev rose from the academia to public service and then politics with over a decade in the academia he gained a high reputation as a excellent administrator. With a Bsc. in Civil Engineering, Msc. and doctorate in Environmental and Water resources well suited for his appointment. His credited with over 40 publications.
