An exceptionally gifted Nigerian/American woman named Wendy Okolo has emerged as the first-ever black woman that will earn a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Texas, United States. Wendy Okolo achieved this outstanding feat at the age of 26. She started her higher education in the United States after being accepted to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas. Dr Wendy Okolo has since excelled as an Aerospace Engineer, winning several awards.
