Tein T .S Jack Rich (48 years old, South /South) popularly called Jack Rich Teinisa Nigerian entrepreneur and philanthropist born on January 28, 1975. He is well known as the founder and president of Belema oil, State Electricity Board and Deputy director of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Committee fund raising committee for Tinubu/Shettima candidacy in the 2023 general elections. The oil mogul is one of the young accomplished Nigerians who sought to step into the political arena in the bid to contribute effectively in governance and policy making. Since the clarion call from political leaders across national and international platforms for younger Nigerians who have made remarkable successes in their fields to become more involved in governance rather than be at the sidewalks. His interest while quiet achievements in not only the business circle but also significant impact been made in community development and human capacity development was to be brought to fore in reckoning with young leaders deserved of national leadership opportunities.
He was born on January 28, 1975 into the family of Elder and Mrs Teinbo Saturday Seliye fubara Jack-Rich in Rivers State part of Nigeria. He lost his parents at the age of 10 but that did not stop him from achieving his set goals. He was able to take full responsibility as a man without any guardian. He is also well educated as he studied Petroleum Production Technology in Panola College Cartage, USA, Business Administration at the University of Wales and of course Business Management at Usam University. He also obtained numerous Fellowship and Doctorate awards both within and outside the country. Jack Rich was consistent in working hard and there by founded J+G Global Gas & Oilfield Limited in 1998 and other subsidiaries with the sole aim of providing oil and gas related services. He eventually became the Founder of Belema oil producing limited, the first indigenous oil exploration and Production company in Nigeria to emerge from an oil producing Community in Niger Delta.
Aside being a business man, Jack-Rich has been able to give back through his foundation where he awarded scholarships to many students of which some graduated from schools in Nigeria, Ghana, Ukraine, Canada, USA, Malaysia and so on. He is one of the prominent members of the APC in the South South who threw political weight behind the fight for Southern presidency in 2023. As a philanthropist, he also provided best drinking water for his community and had provided jobs for more than 3,000 Nigerian youths. Jack was conferred with the title of Sarkin Ruwan Hausa (Water Provider) by the Daura Emirate to appreciate him for providing portable water for the Daura Community in Katsina State.
